Directions
In mixing pot add following ingredients Almond meal, Gluten free all purpose flour, Xanthan gum mix all above ingredients lightly.
In the same mixing pot Egg, Melted unsalted butter, Almond milk, Erythritol powdered, Active Dry yeast, Baking powder, Salt mix all ingredients and knead the dough around 20 times.
Cover the dough with a plastic wrap, Rest it for 3 hours in a room temperature.
During this time get the ingredients for filling: In a separate bowl add following ingredients Softened butter, Golden monk fruit sweetener, Ground cinnamon mix it well.
Floured the surface using gluten free all purpose flour add the dough.
Flat the dough evenly.
After add filling.
Roll the dough and cut it.
Bake 160 celsius for 30 minutes in a aluminium foiled pan.
Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Serve Immediately.
